Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 23, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how HealthyCarry (“HealthyCarry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit healthycarry.com, contact us, subscribe to future communications, or follow a commercial link. HealthyCarry publishes educational wellness content for an English-language audience.

Information you provide

When you use the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, subject, message, and consent confirmation. We use this information to respond to your request, maintain the security of the form, and keep a reasonable record of correspondence. Do not submit sensitive medical information, passwords, payment details, or other information that is not necessary for your inquiry.

HealthyCarry does not currently offer user accounts, direct product checkout, or paid membership. If those services are introduced, this policy will be updated before the new processing begins.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting, security, analytics, and content-delivery systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested URL, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, and diagnostic or security events.

Server logs are used for security, availability, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. We do not use them to diagnose your health or create medical profiles.

Analytics and cookies

HealthyCarry uses Google Site Kit and may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, including page visits, traffic sources, device classes, and interactions. Analytics technologies may use cookies or similar identifiers. Availability and behavior of these technologies can depend on your location, browser settings, consent choices, and blocking tools.

WordPress and its plugins may set essential cookies required for security, administration, preferences, or form operation. Essential cookies are used to provide requested functionality and protect the website.

Affiliate links and external websites

Some articles contain affiliate links to third-party merchants such as Amazon or iHerb. Clicking an affiliate link takes you to an external website and may allow the merchant or affiliate network to recognize that the visit came from HealthyCarry. Those companies process information under their own privacy policies.

HealthyCarry may receive a commission from qualifying purchases at no added cost to the reader. We do not receive your full payment-card information or merchant account password. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more information.

How we use information

  • To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website.
  • To respond to contact requests and correction notices.
  • To understand aggregate usage and content performance.
  • To detect spam, fraud, malicious requests, and technical problems.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our terms.

HealthyCarry does not sell personal information submitted through the contact form.

Service providers

Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, content delivery, security, analytics, email delivery, backups, and website administration. These providers process information according to their own terms and the services they provide to HealthyCarry.

Data retention

We retain contact correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal and security obligations. Server and security logs are retained according to operational needs and available storage. Backup copies may persist for a limited period after information is removed from an active system.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, software updates, security headers, backups, and anti-spam measures designed to reduce risk. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, and HealthyCarry cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about the processing of your personal information. You may also control cookies using browser settings and available consent controls. Requests can be submitted through the Contact page. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Children’s privacy

HealthyCarry is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the contact form. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information should contact us.

International visitors

The website is operated for a US-first audience but can be accessed internationally. Information may be processed in countries where HealthyCarry or its service providers operate. Privacy rights and requirements vary by jurisdiction.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, providers, legal obligations, or data practices change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
