Editorial Policy

HealthyCarry publishes educational wellness content for a US-first audience. This policy defines how topics are selected, researched, written, corrected, and monetized.

Source hierarchy

We prioritize primary and institutional sources: peer-reviewed research indexed in PubMed, systematic reviews from Cochrane, and guidance or safety information from the NIH, FDA, CDC, NCCIH, USDA, WHO, and recognized certification bodies. Secondary health publications may help identify a topic, but they are not a substitute for the underlying evidence.

Evidence and language

Writers distinguish association from causation, human evidence from animal or laboratory findings, and preliminary findings from established guidance. We avoid “miracle,” “cure,” “guaranteed,” and similar language. Limitations, conflicts of interest, and uncertainty are included when they materially affect interpretation.

Medical boundaries

Our content is educational and is not a substitute for individualized care. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend personalized doses. Readers who are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, preparing for surgery, or managing a health condition should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Product coverage

Product information is checked against official labels, manufacturer documentation, FDA recalls, and relevant third-party certification records. Customer reviews are not treated as clinical evidence. We do not claim hands-on testing unless the method and tester are documented.

Corrections and updates

Material corrections are made promptly and the article’s modified date is updated. Evergreen guides are reviewed at least annually or sooner when important safety guidance, recalls, or high-quality evidence changes.

Independence

Advertising and affiliate relationships are disclosed. Commercial partners do not approve editorial conclusions before publication.
